The Rolwaling valley is one of the lesser off beat treks in Nepal lying north east of Kathmandu valley in the shadow of Mount Gauirshankar. It is a sherpa dominated region and has the largest sherpa community after the Solukhumbu district. The trek goes through Beding and Na to the high altitude glaciated lake of Tso Rolpa.
